Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING METHOD

- All orders are shipped via standard AnPost unless otherwise specified in an email to the buyer. 

- Shipping to Ireland: If your order is under €34 you pay €3.50 for standard shipping - If your order is more than €35 you pay €11 for shipping with tracking number.

- Rest of the World: If your order is under €34 you pay €7.50 for standard shipping - If your order is more than €35 you pay €17 for shipping witth tracking number.

- If you made a mistake when placing your order, and notice it BEFORE your order is shipped please email me right away at lucrecia.caporale@gmail.com
The invoice will be sent to the email address used at checkout for the purchase.

- International customers are responsible for all customs charges and reshipment if the package is returned to my studio due to a customs issue. is not liable for any customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs.

- The prices in our online shop do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs taxes or charges you may incur when purchasing and importing my products to your country.

- These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of my control. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.

- Lucrecia Caporale is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. Please keep an eye on your shipment when tracking information is provided to you, in order to avoid delays.

- If you choose to reject/refuse delivery of your order due to customs fees, I'm not obligated to refund your purchase due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

SHIPPING TIME

-All orders are sent out within 5 working days from your order was placed, but processing times may vary. Please be patient, this is only me (Lucrecia) doing all I can to get your order to you! If your order takes more than 5 days to process, I will contact you to keep you updated.

-Christmas or Sale DELIVERY: At this time I am unable to guarantee Christmas delivery, as AnPost shipping times are at an all time high. Your tracking may not update consistently throughout your package’s trip to your doorstep. Please allow 7-21 days for delivery, EVEN FOR PRIORITY SHIPMENTS.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

- Lucrecia Caporale is not liable for any damages to your order incurred during transit. I do my best to package every order with care and plenty of packing materials to ensure that it safely arrives to your home.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

- Lucrecia Caporale is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package to be lost in transit or stolen upon delivery, please contact the shipping service responsible for the package and file a claim.

- Please keep in mind a “lost” package may look a lot like one that just hasn’t been scanned by the shipping service while in transit. Allow up to 21 days before contacting the shipping service or me, please! I have the same tracking information as you, and I cannot do anything to retrieve lost or delayed packages once they are out of my studio. Shipping services are experiencing unprecedented shipping times and package volume, so please be patient and kind as you wait for your order! Thank you

RETURNS

ALL ORIGINAL ARTWORK IS FINAL SALE

- All original artwork sales are final, including ornaments. Please take time to ensure colour palettes and sizes will work in your space or ask me any question you may have before purchase, as I do not offer refunds or exchanges on original artwork. 

- If the customer purchases a product that is eligible for a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipment if the original packaging is unable to be used for the return.

- Products / artwork damaged in transit back to the studio due to insufficient packaging are not liable for refunds.

- If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with your local AnPost office and email me at lucrecia.caporale@gmail.com.

- My policy lasts for 14 days. After 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

- To complete your return (if applicable), I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

- Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at lucrecia.caporale@gmail.com

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

- I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at lucrecia.caporale@gmail.com

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
